Yoe: 4+ years

KPMG : 18 LPA fixed+ medical allowance+ gratuity, profile: consultant, tech: devops

Workday: 21 LPA fixed + 7.5 LPA worth allowances (stocks and medical claims)
Profile: bt infrastructure engineer, tech: AWS (probably devops components included)

Please note workday does not share salary breakup and 7.5 LPA worth allowances are for everyone. It also has hybrid model.

I’m my partners only associate and I went on parental leave two weeks ago. I feel horrible for leaving him to handle our cases alone, but am trying to focus on my wife and new baby. I am a Strategic Sourcing Manager with 7 YOE in both direct and indirect spend across various industries (Life sciences, IT and Insurance) I have been offered a role with Fidelity for 13 lpa + 1.5 variable. Offer seems better than the national average for similar roles but I feel I would be underpaid based on the current market, my skills and value I will be bringing to the table. Any suggestions for offer negotiations?

Which questions candidate should ask in final round of discussion.
What are the things one needs to get confirmation about?
E.g.

3. Appraisal cycle
4. Location
Etc.
