I have attended final round of interview on aug 11th till now I didn't Received update from optum hr. I have dropped mail twice but I didn't received update on it. But when I checked the application status it is showing as in under review. Can anyone tell me what is it mean if application is in under review without update.

I have cleared all my devops technical interviews and got HR round calls from 3 companies.
I have total 6.5 YOE and 3 years in DevOps domain and current salary is 6.1 LPA so can anyone suggest me how much salary should i ask in the HR round so I won't look to costly and not too cheap.
Should i ask 15LPA or anything or how much people earning same as my experience.

The HR keeps saying you will recieve it today EOD everyday, but no offer letter till now.
