I have 7 years of experience in QA including 4 years of Automation, My current CTC is 9 LPA All fixed.

PS is offering 12.3 LPA. should I take this offer or reject it. Please Suggest

I relocated with my family to Ireland recently, one month ago, and while I got a lot of screening calls with recruiters, I did not hear back from any of them after our interview. I am still on the process of getting my work permit and I am very clear about this during the interviews, but I suspect that this is the reason why I am not getting any call back. My current YoE 7 and CCTC is 8.5 . Tech Stack is MSBI. I have seen colleagues left and got ~20LPA package. But though having excellent technical rounds companies are saying we can offer you upto 16LPA(I have seen that highest) dur to low CCTC. My expectation is 18LPA fixed but didn't able to get till now. Basically I use to opt out if I don't get 18LPA. Trying since last 3 months no luck. Is there any way to get that desired amount by not showing any offer in hand ?

My Project told they will be processing my H1B coming yr. I have a spouse who is working in IT as well. I didn't know that spouses of H1B can't work in USA, until I saw a recent post is in this group. Should I say no far H1B . I have option of Canada and UK visa as well. But if I am selected in H1B lottery than I can't ask for any other visa untill it expires @
