So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. I'm at a point where the salary I'm getting is disrespectfully low for all the work I do. Should I ask for a raise? And if so, how do I go about asking without sounding greedy.

So I recently interviewed for an associate PM role with my current company. I’ve been a store manager with them for 11 years. During the interviews, I felt like things were growing great and the feedback I got at the end was great. To all my data engineering friends out there, do you all feel like trash sometimes? Like people dont understand shit about what you do, and clients just want to see some bs ml model/pretty but useless dashboards?

My natural instinct is to assume rejection if I have conflict with a partner or don’t think my feelings are reciprocated.
