Do you only state you're interested in the position you applied for, do you show interest in exploring other opportunities, do you let the recruiter know whatever role they believe you would fit best? What do you do when you’re starting on a project but you can’t get information you need from the client. For example, you’re trying to start running social ads but the client doesn’t know their login info, how to add you to Business Manager, or is non responsive.

Why are companies not more transparent about salaries? It should be required to list the salary range in a posting. I’m tired of applying to jobs only to find out the salary is way less than I’m willing to accept. This needs to change. Stop wasting applicants time and start including the salary range in job postings!!! Rant over.

My spouse and I are applying for a new mortgage and my lender looked up our credit scores and suggested that the mortgage is done only for me and not include my spouse as my score was in the top bracket. She is earning as well and i wanted to understand the risk of taking mortgage only on me:
1 - will we end up having issues filing for taxes jointly and show deductions etc?
2 - will there be issues with joint ownership (title) if the mortgage does not include us both?
3 - any other risk/benefit
