I have recently joined Epam and have been on bench for 3 weeks. Can someone let me know what is the bench policy at Epam ?

Anyone in consulting and doing OE? Using bench time for J2+ seems like a good opportunity in this environment, considering it wouldn’t look out of place to remain on the bench for quite a while

Recently I have completed probation in Accenture, and got offer from HCL, Is there any chance to revise the package? because I have completed only 6 months in Accenture, If I compare CTC of both there is huge difference it's round 10 lacs, HCL offering 60 per hike.

Hi Fishes I have 2 offer 1 from epam anywhere and other is from deloitte, which is better to join ?. Epam anywhere offering 17 fixed + 50k joining bonus and Deloitte offering 15.75 fixed ( 2.5lakh + 10% variable). I am confused which one I should join. YOE-3.7 in cloud and devops. Please suggest guys.

Hi.. i was offered A2 level, 19LPA for 4.8 yoe & cloud devops tech stack.
If i have a counter offer 25lpa with better role, will EPAM be open to negotiate? I feel the role & ctc are not on par.

2- Jio Infocom - 21 LPA[Fixed] but with lot of provisions in CTC - Will call to office [location : Mumbai]
