I interviewd for Sears Holdings India (Transformco) for the role of category manager. I see there are no such roles/people in India. Also, I have read good things about Sears/Transformco financials. They are offering me a lucrative package.

Is it advisable to join Sears India? I am currently employed with a well reputed company

Hi all! I recently finished my Masters in Biology. I worked on a few studies with human subjects as well as animal work. I am hoping to get a job in clinical research as either a CRC or CRA. I previously worked at a doctors office as a care manager for 4 years, but outside of my academic work I don’t have experience in research.
