Hi all, I recently did McKinsey's Imbellus game assessment, not sure how I did for the ecosystem rounds but I saw a couple of scenes towards the end that show the species that survived, I only saw the "animals" I choose but not the producers (plants & fungi) I choose at the end scene.

Those who completed the assessment, did you guys see your producer species at the end of the round?

Received offer from BCG for ECT AD role. Read numerous comments about ECT being not attractive compared to Generalists track. Also heard challenges about billability/utilization. Any views/guidance is appreciated.

A quick note about what I’ve experienced, in my decade long career, is the real advantage of MBB or FAANG - it gives you a shot at stretch roles that are outside your expertise. Not all the time or even most of the time compared to better candidates with specific experience for the role but gives you this wildcard shot at a vast array of opportunities.
