I recently interviewed for AC position in Lilly India and got an offer of 21L CTC (fixed~18). I had 2 questions which I need help with:
1. Is it at par with what the ACs at Lilly get/what the other candidates have been offered?
2. I have heard that there has been a lot of attrition in their SFO team of late due to montonous work, lack of growth and decreasing variable payouts and hikes? Not sure if it's true, but their entire SFO leadership has switched to other firms within 2-3months

Hi, I am an expat living in France and working as an IT consultant. I got an experience here that recruiters insist on disclosing my current salary. Is it a norm in France? Do you reply how much you earn? To me it seems absolutely inappropriate and irrelevant. I can respond what are my future salary expectations. I refuse to tell how much I make now, and then recruiters say that they can't proceed with my application without this information. WDYT?

Fellow introverts...can I only advance in my career if I take on a leadership role? The thought of this terrifies me. LCSW 50k loan repayment- Has anyone been granted a contract through the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program? I have 2.5 years of experience as a BI consultant primarily working with SQL and Power BI. I feel a little underpaid while currently making $75k. Hello, I am going crazy. I am supposed to close on a house on Tuesday. The buyer did not perform an inspection and the lender did not order an appraisal. The lawyer says that everything is good on her hand but I am not sure if she is the deciding factor here. Can a home close without a physical appraisal ?
