I recently received an offer from LTC as a GCP data engineer starting in July. I'm reaching out to hear from LTC about their experiences. I want to know about team support, management style, work timings, and the technology stack used. Are projects focused on GCP migration, data-driven decisions, financial reporting, or something else?

I've changed companies three times in three years due to layoffs and aim to stay at LTC for at least two years. Any insights would be appreciated.

Accenture - 13 Fixed + 3.5 var(3.9 joining bonus)
Infy - 15.7 Fixed + 2.8 var(1.25 joining bonus)
CTS - 20 Fixed + 0.7 var(1 joining bonus)

I am happy to join CTS but very much worried about the attrition rate of cognizant recently.

Note - The first offer in the process was from Accenture and they are ready to offer 18 LPA Fixed + 3.5 Var after Revision
