I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

You pay back half the bonus year one and by end of year two there’s no payback. 5 year vesting for 401K… 20% per year for company contributions, your contributions are yours to keep. The company is massive, almost like hundreds of smaller businesses so it would depend on the area you’re applying to
Sign on bonuses are usually paid with your first paycheck and 12 months is the standard I've seen at both PwC and Accenture (EU based though)
Lots of red flags. I'm trying to get out
