I’ve been in the job market for about six months my second time navigating it within the past two years. My background is primarily in the PEO and HR consulting space, with over a decade of experience in HR.

This search has been difficult. Between scam job postings, fraudulent offer letters, lengthy assessments with no feedback, and second-round interviews with no follow up, the process has been frustrating.

Is anyone else experiencing this in today’s job market?

What do you wish you knew before moving to Australia or NZ? Seriously considering applying for an internal transfer but I'd like to know what I'm getting into first. Researching as well just asking for first hand experiences from consultants who have done it.

Hi! I had an interview from a company as a graphic designer. They have moved my application forward and gave me a designer task. I have been following up and they always said that they are still reviewing all the other task from the candidates. They said they will give an updates twice after following up every week. I had the interview and task 3 weeks ago. Do you guys think that I still have a chance?

I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. Please help!
