I’ve been having the same experience. It’s really unfortunate that the job market isn’t good right now. I even had a manager who left a message to schedule an interview but forgot to hang up while her and a coworker made fun of my last name. Common decency seems to be a forgotten art.
All I can say is to stay persistent and have faith that things will begin to turn in your favor. You’re not alone!
