Which role and position and how much salary for 12 years experienced?

Has anyone been successful in negotiating the schedule on a global pregnancy bill? My provider won't bill by visit and split the global cost into four payments all due by the 28th week. I don't understand how that's legal since it is so off the calendar of services and crosses calendar years (and insurance coverage), where most costs are incurred at the end of pregnancy with increased visit frequency and delivery.

So, I haven't received an offer yet but they have already run a background check and sent me both a conditional U5 approval and a FINRA info request. Can I assume that an offer will be soon to follow?

Completed onsite interviews for the TAM role and recruiter gave me feedback that my technical depth wasn’t up to par for the role but my googleness/leadership and GCA interview feedback was stellar so they plan to propose me for Cloud PM roles instead. Does this happen? Or are they just being nice? What’s the probability that they’ll match me to another role?

What are the hours like for a program manager in the Bay Area?

Do teams wait to reject backup candidates until the preferred candidate has signed an offer? Did all interviews a few weeks ago and was told I’d get a decision ASAP but nothing yet. They are all technical. All of them could easily be very technical cloud consultants or cloud engineers.
Tl/Dr. If you couldn't get hired as a cloud engineer or cloud consultant - you probably can't become a PM
