Just a little curious about how Accenture Bench I joined Accenture seven months back on the very first day i was assigned to a project and the project ended on 31st of may.Then I started getting calls from the Project Managers for the other projects.but since it happened that I was selected into a project but wasn't boarded into one then I got released from the project.now I am on bench and not getting any calls from anywhere the hr tells me that I will get calls once I get shortlisted.

Is it possible to get a convenient location transfer in LTIMindtree? Or it can be decided only after the project allocation?

Having a baby and looking for consulting exit opps. I’ve been in strategy consulting for two years and recently promoted to manager. All projects were in tech or LS. Prior to consulting I have 10 yrs of Pharma experience with a MS in Engineering (non-CS) and data science. Fluent in Python, Ruby and Java but never coded professionally. I received an offer (28 Lakhs + 3.9 Lakhs incentive) from Novartis for Sr Project Manager yesterday. This was just 13.6% more than my current earnings as Project Manager. I've given the reasons why I deserve at least 30% to HR. In response to that, HR has sent 2nd offer i.e. 29 Lakhs + 4 Lakhs incentive + 50k sign-on bonus. The 2nd offer is just 18.2% higher than my current earnings. Need your suggestion, if I could still negotiate with HR to finalize deal by asking for 25% hike?

I am having 4 YOE as a Salesforce developer , I joined techM on july21 but I am thinking to put papers because of my pay and also my project , I am not seeing any learning scope in my project . currently I am getting 12.5 lpa ,

how much can I expect If I put papers now and attend interviews.

I work in commercial real estate retail leasing. Current employer just increased base to $100k with avg. 20-35% bonus/commissions combined. Received offer to exclusively work for a tenant and help them open new locations. $115k base 10% bonus & also stock options. Remote work, lots of driving, similar job title.
