Hi all, just venting out here. Completed 2yrs in dxc and my experience has been extremely poor. No hike and Promotions Despite my hard work and dedication, I have not received a single raise during my tenure. My manager claimed to have nominated me for a promotion in March, there has been no update since. Many inquiries have been met with vague excuses, blaming the company's inefficient processes. This is especially frustrating given that I received an 'exceptional impact' rating in my workday.

I need an advice/suggestion here. I got an offer from 2 different organisations and choose one among them (Role: Analyst) because of the culture and benefits. And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took. I feel like I have settled down for a lower package and a lower designation. Is there anything that I can do in the current organisation that I’ve joined at a week back

Currently in a full time role at an RPO but have a potential offer in house on a 6-9 month contract with strong possibility of conversion at Hubspot. Pay is $15k higher than I make now. Would it be a bad decision to take the contract / contract to hire? I don’t doubt my ability to get converted, but the entire market is seeing huge layoffs so it makes me a little nervous. Thoughts?

We have UAN and it looks like not activated.
