One month back I switched to new service based company with 30 CTC as fixed with fully remote job and no other benefits.
I am getting offer from Visa with less base 28 and CTC will be 34 after adding bonus and stock and there will be 3 say work from office.

Please suggest what to do in this case.
I have total 8 years of experience as backend developer.

How high can google go on signing bonus ( currently $25k) and equity (currently $65k) for L4 position.. total exp 4 years .. should I negotiate?

Six months ago I had brought up the fact I was being underpaid for the job I was doing with now 3 years of experience being the only Engineer on the team and my manager agreed giving me an increase to $90k.
