Hi All - Planning to move from EY to KGS soon. Interviewed for Senior Associate-1 position. EY India lowballed me on salary and it is 12 LPA after 4 years of work experience here. What amount should I mention when I discuss salary expectations?

Hey Peeps, I got an offer from Thoughtworks. I heard that you get some stocks too. But the offer letter does not mention it. HR confirmed it though that there would be a separate communication regarding the same. I have 7.5 YOE and joining as Senior consultant QA. How much stocks value can i expect to get?

My two year anniversary of starting my career (in general) is coming up in the next 3 weeks.

Aug 2020- 65k base salary
Jan 2022- 80k base salary
July/Aug 2022- 110k base salary


Just posting as a reminder to LEAVE that job (within a reasonable time 😂) and go where the money is!

(p.s. I already know some of you have had higher increases in the same amount of time & I consider 6 months minimum is “within a reasonable time”)
