Finished Rich Dad Poor Dad and appreciate the emphasis on creating alternative cash flows (vs. just income). Does anyone have book recommendations on creating wealth? I've focused heavily on income + 'safe' investing, but intrigued to learn more.

Does anyone else intentionally under withhold to smooth out annual cash flow? I feel like it’s fine as long as you remember to set aside enough of your bonus for the tax man. Gain time value of money, still pay the gov when it’s due. But it feels sketchy for some reason.

When it comes to stocks , I am investing in index funds with 8-10 years strategy . The typical index funds make 8-10% annually . However , when I live at MSFT , Apple they have increased 350% in last 5 years . What stocks should I invest with at least 5 years in mind ? Something safe but with returns better than index funds. What would your best 5 for next 5 years ? I will make my M1 pie based on the serious inputs here !

I’m closing on a condo next month, my loan was dependent upon me getting a renter on my current place. Supposedly financial contingencies closed but I still need a signed lease.
