I'll to relocate to Bangalore and afaik it's 5 days wfo from January.

For the next round, I’ll be meeting with the Controller, Accounting Manager, and 5 other junior accounting staff.

I’ll have 30 minutes to explain a month-end close task (of my choice) to the accounting team.

Also, I’ll have to analyze a random reconciliation and explain improvements that can be made.

I’m just a 2nd year manager, so I’m getting so nervous, and any insight or tips would be appreciated!

I feel like I was straight up lied to during the interview process. “lots of opportunities to hit quota”. I’m sitting here with only one demo two months after joining the company. it looks like our team has only two people doing demos, and demos are only happening once every two weeks. At this rate, I don’t think I’ll be even close to hitting OTE. Are there any other companies hiring right now? I’ll have a discussion about my concerns with my manager soon, but there’s too many red flags here.

As I browse available positions in my area, I’m realizing there is a LOT of crossover between my current org and others, for example shared board members, folks who are on our board and employed at one of the institutions I’m interested in, etc.. After requesting i got experience letter but i dont have anything else to prove that i worked there.

I had 4-5 rounds of interview in Amazon in last 1.5 months, including bar raiser. I got a mail stating I am selected for position within 4 hours of my bar raiser round.
HR asked for a few documents like last 3 months payslips, ECTC etc. It's been 4 working days and that HR is not replying on my mail. It is fine or something is off track ? Any suggestions ?
Does they usually turn back after sending selection mail and asking for documents
