Since last 2quarters there has been no promotion list released in TCS. Does anyone have any idea when list should be released from C2 to C3A ? Tata Consultancy

I'm an engineer and I love building things but based on what I've seen about Gen Z, I think I'm going to raise my kids in a less modern style. No TV, no internet, at least until a certain age.

From the start of 2020 to the end of 2021, I single handedly kept our marketing department stay alive at a smaller org. Right before my boss got fired, & a coworker left the company, I was already taking on an operations role, plus my role at the time (marketing coordinator). For the next year, I would take the role of the VP marketing, a marketing manager, an operations coordinator and my role. I have since only been given a small raise (after fighting hard) and promotion & still only make 44K

How much raise should one expect when promoted from SE-II to SE-III in Walmart? And how much time it takes to reach the promotion?

Average salary for a Copywriter in the Boston area with 3 years of experience at their agency?

I’m hoping to make the jump from Jr. at my upcoming review and wondering how much to ask for. All those online salary calculators I can find average me at about 62k….but asking for that would be a nearly 50% raise.

I know to take those calculators with a grain of salt, so figured I’d ask around here too.

On linkedIn, does showing your promotion to SWE after almost 3 years as associate SWE end up looking bad on you because you didn't get promoted quickly? It should I just list it as 3 years SWE and ignore leave out the old associate title.

I interviewed for a job at a new company, and the role would be a huge pivot for me. When asked, I gave the absolute minimum I would be willing to accept (my current salary) since I have no experience in the area. The company came back and offered an interview for a different role, much closer to the job I currently do. Is there any way to salvage the salary negotiation if I’ve already given them a low number for the original job I applied for? I’d like to negotiate a raise if I’m not pivoting

4th year associate. Just lateraled to a new firm (v50). Firm has salary bands and I was told I would come in at the bottom of the band for my level (policy for laterals) with scope at next years review to move up considerably. So associates at my level will be making more than me. Firm recently upped its starting salaries for 1st yrs and they have kept me the same. So 1st yrs are closer to me now (not far off) + those at my level further away. Scope to raise or wait until I've shown some value?

I’m looking for a new job!! It has been impossible to build a good relationship with my manager, he isn’t transparent with me and never provides any constructive feedback so I have no idea how I’m performing. I recently asked for a raise since I completed all my assigned projects for this year plus a few that I took on due to resignations and was denied with no reason. Mid level Electrical Engineer in the greater Baltimore, MD area making $115k base w/ $20k sign on bonus. No yearly bonus. I started this job in April of this year. 2-3 years experience. When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year. Performance reviews coming at the end of the this year and I’m wondering 1) if my salary is on par with what I should expect 2) how to approach conversations about raises and promotion with my supervisor. I need some help. My company got bought out and i found out i am getting paid over 20k lower than my counterparts and i have more experience and a higher degree than them. Was it a bigger jump in relative lifestyle for you when you went from 150k -> 250k than 250k -> 400k?

As a IT analyst in TCS, will be completing 8yrs in march.. My manager is not initiating my AST even though i am eligible.. Is there any way i can push for it? What is the eligible criteria? When is the AST promotion cycle? Also can i negotiate for salary hike in this promotion? My current CTC is too low approx 5.8LPA.
