I have asked for 125% hike with CTS, and they accepted for it.
@em which company are you working in?
On my first offer I asked for 100%, they accepted it. On next offers with countering I reached 210% with my final joining company. (I don't work at ibm anymore). Just ask for it and then keep on getting offers and keep countering. Market is like that right now.
Which offer u got 210% first offer or second offer?

Hi All,
How much Hike or hike % does Capgemani is offering to candidates to 11.4yrs if exp? Or ket me put it this way how much hike % I can ask for in Capgemani with 11.4yrs of Exp
Be aware that one of the reasons companies don’t like going above about 20% during job changes is that it has been a predictable indicator of skill inflation/fraud. Most hr departments don’t even know why they’re reluctant to go above 20%, but that’s part of the explanation.
Hearing what some of the folks here and what they get pad do doesn’t make me doubt the general accuracy of the sentiment.
Interesting…
But isnt 20% like too low of a threshold?
In that sense everyone who is resigning in this phase comes under the ambit of this said indicator
Genuinely curious
I am from Research side and I didn't ask anything. I just said am quite underpaid here and I have been with this organisation for so long. So if I am switching I want to go as per Industry standards of EY for that designation. So please provide me the best you can. And I am going now at 100%
Can you tell the exact amount fixed amount?
Can somebody provide me a referral at UK location of @Big4 @accenture @Infosys Consulting @cognizant Consulting @pwc @Deloitte @ey
Ask for a 30% and renegotiate after 1 month with a counter offer.
So even I am actually confused with these kind of questions and honestly the imposter syndrome kicks in during these rounds. Anyways coming back to your question, these companies usually have a multiplier through which they decide how much to offer a candidate. It used to be 3 previously but now the average is 5 and for some extraordinary ones it can even go upto 7-8. So let's say that you have 3yoe and with a modest multiplier of 5 you should be receiving an offer of atleast 15LPA.
Throw in the number.. they will anyhow negotiate.. so just throw a number.. not just a percentage... i just switched to EY n this is what i did and i got what i asked
85 per percent on 11.8 LPA
You need to ask for it..if they don't agree keep budging for it.
