I’m feeling anxiety about Coronavirus. Does anyone else think that the virus is being used by the government for population control? I don’t know if I’m paranoid.

I have learned that several Housekeeping employees in the hospital have died from Coronavirus, and I'm ashamed to say, that I didn't even notice their absence

Are the rumors about a longer and earlier flu season and a hard Covid winter true? I'm not personally noticing an increase in patients who need prescriptions for flu-like symptoms but it seems to be what everyone's talking about in and outside of the pharmacy. Can anyone weigh in?

Question: can an employer legally withhold your personal possessions after you leave the firm? I left my old firm recently and they were not happy about me joining another consultancy. They are withholding any belongings that I left in the office and have ignored my emails asking to arrange a pick up or delivery of my personal items. I have an H1b which I received in 2019 and was valid till august2021, due to covid I wasn't able to travel and then I switched to another firm last year in November. If I get visa transfer, will it provide me a validity back as I haven't used any on site time on that visa.

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!

If Biden wins, the media will begin to message the following;

-The worst COVID risks and outcomes are to people with identifiable risk factors such as obesity and diabetes.

-Most other people who catch it will experience a bad flu.

-Many other people who catch it won't even know they have it.

-It's not commonly transmitted by touching objects and person to person transmittal is low risk except in close contact.

When covid first hit, I was delighted to be working from home. My hours even improved. Now, because of some triggering events, I’m dealing with horrible panic attacks on the daily. I’m dissociating and can’t focus long enough to get work done. I JUST hit a year at this firm and am going on a one month stress leave. Worried I might not kick this mental state in that time. Does anyone teach in class elementary, middle, or high school and also teaches college level? If so, how did you get the college level job? I have a masters and specialist degree and teach in class. I also want to teach college level online but have a hard time either finding a position available or applying.
