You would need to have shown a significant increase in revenues. Either bringing an account in house independently or significant scope expansion of current accounts. The salary you accepted was projected for the fiscal against revenues - you need to expand the projection to have leverage. An increase was likely projected already based on hiring you- worth investing what number was targeted.
You will also need to have created significant change at the organization to justify this.
I will tell you in my experience, having this conversation without those elements that early is not a good sign to leadership. Due diligence to research the role, market rate salaries etc would have been expected to be done on your part before accepting the role. Having this conversation this soon may trigger your leadership team to wonder what your motivations are for being at the organization.
