I interviewed for KPMG on 11/15 for a Senior role and the HR emailed me on 11/16 that everyone liked me but they think I should be hired as an Experienced Associate. As soon as we get someone over that and they don’t provide a payment date, I’m being asked to contact their CEOs somehow and demand payment. I think it’s dumb, will hurt the relationship and I also don’t want to ruin my reputation. Thoughts?

Need some feedback! So I was forced to move jobs about 6 months ago due to reorg and the new leader opting to bring their existing EA with them, without even meeting me. If stayed at the company but accepted an offer for a job outside of the department I was in.
