If I get the job pay will start around 120k at a large company with room for growth. If I stay in PA school I will have around 120k in debt and will probably work in vascular surgery. Will it profitable to stay in LTi as I have completed 17 months here and currently at P2 grade (Senior Software Engineer) ?
I'm working in CITi project since 17 months, premapped ro project so, not a single I was in bench til now. In this January they retained me with 70% hike :).
YOE - 5.6 years
Skills Set :- Java, Springboot, Microservices, SQL.

What all benefits I can get from LTi in next 6 months or so ?
Like Promotion to P3 and OnSite ?

Looking for advice - I doubled my scope in the last few months, and have been seeking a promotion and raise to match my increased scope. The company is offering me a title increase with no change in comp until the next cycle (Feb ‘23), and a 1 year cash retention bonus (stay for a year or have to give it back). My concerns are that if I sign the retention bonus, the company no longer has an incentive to give me a good raise in February,l. Thoughts?
