I have received lead product manager offer from both Wells Fargo and Opentext. Can you guys please tell me which would be a better opportunity?
I have interest in fintech and am assuming that WF would provide me that opportunity. I have never worked in fintech before.

I have previously worked for a major enterprise app company and OT role is for a different product but is in enterprise domain.

Does anyone know how are the growth opportunities?

Recruiter ghosting? My partner interviewed for a lateral position with a mid-sized firm in mid-December. Went through whole process, multiple interviews, etc. (see below)

Currently interviewing for a nontechnical role (final round is getting scheduled rn) and I see there’s a new job posting for a different role that I might be more excited by, for the same/associated team. What do I do?? Email my recruiter saying I want to be considered? Apply? How does going for two roles work? The referral from the original job I’m interviewing for has expired fwiw.

My one year anniversary of opening my own solo firm is next week. Ideas for how to recognize this milestone on social media/Linkedin, etc? I do blog regularly but I'm struggling to figure out the best angle.

In the process of interviewing for a strategy/Corp dev position at an activewear/athleisure company and they want me to think of a couple tangential industries that may have companies for acquisition and do a write up. I’m stumped on what else an activewear company would buy besides other activewear companies. I can only think of home fitness (Lulu’s Mirror) or vitamins/supplements. Any thoughts?

Any tips for how to better implement feedback on drafts? My work is so heavily redlined that I struggle to consistently follow through with every comment/feedback.
