Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

Just have to work much harder at Big4.
I’ll go against some of my colleagues here. I think the top end exits may be better at MBB - for the vast majority should be similar. You may progress faster at an MBB giving you access to the same exits at an earlier tenure and may get a few more recruiter reach outs. Once you get your foot in the door and have an interview it’s all the same unless the recruiting team is biased or is really looking for someone with an MBB background to embellish their brand
What is considered a top exit? PE investing and ops? I can’t see VP+ level exits to industry unless you specialize in an industry and your client hires you. I also don’t consider FAANG top exit as most of the top roles are eng/tech related
Not considering FAANG - if anything I’ve found them to be pretty agnostic and more focused on having some tech background/ experience. BizOps I’ve seen people enter from anywhere
PE investing, PE ops at like a Carlyle or KKR, HF (rarer but possible); Some Corp strat roles with path to P&L; VC partner.
VP+ level exits are possible as an AP or higher but starts to lean more towards business dev and/or corp strat
