I got promoted to Audit Senior at EY GDS in January 2022 during mid year promotions.
Most probably I will be progressed to Senior 2 in October.
My current CTC is 7LPA. I am non qualified (Don't have CA/CPA/ACCA degree as of now)
Any idea about the probable hikes in coming Sept/Oct? How much can I expect?
