I had worked for one company ( bpo ) for 10 days ,4 yrs back. I don't have reliving letter and offer letter.but they had created pf entry also exit date mentioned date correctly.

Now while switching jobs bgv got stucked due to this how to handle this , i had not mentioned this 10 days tenure in my application or resume.

What reason cangive to pass bgv.

I am offered a role with S&p global, salary negotiation yet to have.
Can someone please tell if s&p global is recession proof or not, I’m planning to join only if i get job security

Hey fishes, recently got an offer of 245k plus a bonus, but no specificity and at least 3% cost of living annual raise. My current job I make 150k plus a 20% bonus and an annual cost of living raise anywhere from 2-3.5%. Have been in my current position about a year. Things have been a bit bumpy (not a me issue) I have a new supervisor and was recently given 7 direct reports (I had zero before). The new position while comes with a significant raise is a move to California. Any thoughts?

I wanted to flag so others can know, I live in mcol and I just received an offer for 120k base and a 15k signing bonus. I have three years of experience. I asked for a signing bonus and a 110k salary. If you are a senior, you should definitely be applying and just see what comes up. Crazy the market for seniors right now

At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. Don’t wait/waste your time for positive replies from employers continue your hunting in market.

I had a bad experience with CTS even my interview gone well I got negative feedback. May be they have budget/notice period constraints, if that is the case why would they conducted interviews with out basic checks
