Kearney is pretty big in healthcare, particularly in UK and DACH, with a strong team in London and Zurich. Otherwise we are *by far* strongest T2 in Nordics (most livable cities! Yay!) and have a great culture 🙌
Other key industries are Telco, Automotive, industrials and consumer retail

Amsterdam/Netherlands!

Surprised that LEK is not mentioned, especially when it comes to healthcare. Id say in healthcare LEK has the best reputation among all the other T2s, especially within transactions.

Overall, I know that in Europe LEK is really only competing against MBBs when it comes to life sciences projects.

Healthcare at EU in general is S& among the ones you listed.

OW is growing fast there, specially in HLS (and Huron's LS acquistion should boost that), but we are not as strong as S& (yet, hopefully we should reach it soon).

I don't think RB and Kearney have any significant presence in Healthcare, and I'm unsure about EY-P, but I don't think the have it tbh

I saw some roles Super interesting that I’d like to apply for! Lmk if you can help with teaching more about the culture , wlb and if possible a referral ? Thanks!

Not sure about London but RB has a very strong healthcare team in Paris which also extends in Belgium for most projects that happen there

Also RB much bigger than all others in Paris (not sure about London)

Taxes can go pretty high in EU. Upto 40 in most cases and in certain cases 45%. Generally most eu policies are leaning towards hiring young people at high salaries so they will be subject to pay higher social security contributions and will support their current system as drawers are growing more than givers recently. And mostly because they know many people coming on visa won't claim back/won't be allowed to claim back their social security contributions once they move back to home country after visa expires. So consider this while evaluation of offers.
Lets say you want 55k euro after taxes, then you should be having gross as nearby 122k. Consider other factors as well like renting will consume around 12k max and rest is your saving.

Coming up on one full year at an ID firm. Feeling overwhelmed with my experience so far. I’ve received minimal training/feedback unless it was on something I messed up. It feels like the expectations don’t align with my level of experience. I have a case load of 45-55 with very little oversight or involvement from partners. Turnover is extremely high, as I’m the second longest tenured associate in the office. Looking for some guidance on whether this is the norm or not. Compensation is low 80’s.

I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB. I’m very interested in the opportunity but also don’t want to make a poor financial decision early in my career. Thank you for your time!

Hi everyone,

I just graduated from my bachelors and I have received an offer for 3k per month (incl bonus) from Accenture in tech consulting (level 11), which was my top choice. However, I am not very satisfied with the pay so I wanted to ask:
1. I might also get offers from PwC or Deloitte, are they likely to pay more?
2. Is that enough to live a comfortable life in Amsterdam Zuid?
