MakeMyTrip Clearwater Analytics I have 2 offers. 1. Clearwater analytics for software development engineer L3 They told me that I will be working on a new product that goes by the name of 'self service' Notice period - 3 months and other from mmt(senior software engineer 1), it is in process, they have asked for my documents Notice period - not aware. I am still confused which one to choose. Questions:- 1. Which one I should prefer and why. 2. How is the work culture, WLB in these 2 companies.

50% of the year is 40 hour weeks with 35-40 hours or work
25% is 40-50 hour weeks
25% is 80-100+ hour weeks
Depends on staffing levels, whether there is a crisis or resource heavy adjudication, political attention, etc.
I know in other agencies it is a pretty steady 40 hour job
Yes, and not just when short handed. Trial is another beast, but even regular weeks for me are not 9-5.
Yes on the civil side
Also yes as a non-DOJ civil litigator. Much better hours but definitely work longer hours before trials, etc.
What is the overtime compensation like for those extra hours? Do you always claim it?
In most federal offices you get comp time which is a 1:1 conversion of the hours into additional leave.
