I’ve heard salaries have gone up quite a bit in the midst of the pandemic and I’m wondering if this is true for EAs as well. There’s a myriad of data online about EA salaries depending on age/experience but I’m interested in salaries from jobs accepted in 2020/2021 specifically!

For those of you who had an allergic reaction to the COVID vaccine, how did you get a vaccine exemption? I had mine last year, experienced vertigo for 3 days, but didn't go to the doctor (since it went away the 4th day). I checked the CDC website, saw vertigo isn't listed under normal symptoms, and cancelled my appointment for the 2nd dose. Received an offer for equity research and IB, both in toronto. ER paying $120k base and my understanding is that bonus can be around 25-30%. IB is paying $105k base but likely higher bonus? Which one would u choose if you think you would be good at both

Again posting since my last post did not got attention. Wanted to ask whether it's good to switch to big 4 India advisory role from a mid tier organization dealing in tech and ops. Additionally, they offered just very low percentage on current CTC saying that I am coming to a big brand.

Me knowing I do not meet most of the qualifications for this position has my imposter syndrome thinking I shouldn’t even do this interview because it would be a waste of time.
