I am selected for a senior insight analyst role and BGV process already started last week itself. I have not got the offer letter yet and HR is ghosting me saying she will get back to me in a day or two everytime I call her. Please advice.

I’ve been interviewing at an agency with the intention of filling a Director role. Recruitment reached out soon after my last meet-and-greet interview (about 6 to 7 people total) to tell me the team thinks I would be best suited for an Associate Director role with a fast follow of a Director promotion.

Recruitment can’t tell me what feedback is creating this gap but also won’t stop mentioning the positive praise and feedback the team had for me.

How do you keep from getting discouraged while job hunting? I’ve had 3 final round interviews in the past month and gotten passed over each time. Their reasoning is always “we went in a different direction”. Each of the interview processes was 4-5 interviews so it’s a big time commitment and really gotten my hopes up each time.
