Hello guys, Tomorrow is DOJ in INFOSYS and I have asked 1 week back for CTC revision by showing CGI OL and my HR told me that I got all approvals and will send my revised OL. Till now I didn't get. Yesterday HR told I will get it today. My DOJ is tomorrow. I am tensed. I have asked the CGI to offer to revise my date to dec 10th. Will infosys give it today or they are double crossing me?

CTC dilemma:
I have 13 yoe . I am working with a global Bank for past 9 years . My current CTC is about 18 LPA which is bit on lower consider side considering existing market conditions. At my experience level , CTC should be around 30 LPA or more . I am getting offers however HR speaks only about 30% hike over CTC . How can I correct my CTC as per market.

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.

I just had the initial call with HR. I was told that Senior Analysts start at 56k and Business Operations Specialists start at 67k. I was told the next step was Junior Manager but they rarely started anyone at that level. I'm shocked. Is that accurate or are they trying to lower my expectations? I'm currently on £60k at a start up. Just got offered a job at a games company with a salary of £50k + 15% bonus 😖 I immediately spoke to them and told them that is way below my current salary and they raised to £56k + 15% bonus which would put me on £64.4k total comp.
