3rd yr here in a mid size firm. I’ve been struggling in the mental health dept. I was on leave for 3 wks and have returned to work in June. However, i still feel like a corpse everyday and have zero motivation to do anything. I have noticed my work product declining and I feel extremely burnt out with no hope for the future. Just saw a post on LinkedIn where the ECD of a mid-sized agency praised a large group of employees showing up to a shoot and acting as extras and principals for free for a client spot. He is super proud that for the team rallying together for work that “wasn’t even that interesting”…This doesn’t read as teamwork to me, it reads as the client exploiting the agency and the agency exploiting it’s workers…it’s a job not a school project? Or am I just overthinking this? Maybe?

I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? Variable 2.9lpa
Stocks $24k vested over 3yr
Overall yearly is coming around 38LPA

In GS my current fixed is only 13LPA but got bonus of 3lk last yr on a prorated basis as i joined only last yr may.

Hi all, I got job offer from CitiusTech with 8 lpa for 6.5years experience. After I got the offer letter my current company provided me the same offer to retain me. I informed the same thing to CitiusTech. Then they provided 10 lpa and sent revised offer letter.
Now my doubt is actually CitiusTech is providing good salary than the other companies. I checked in google, For 6.5 years experience they are providing 14 lpa to 16 lpa. Shall I ask them to provide me Max salary again? Please suggest me
