If this is for you: you wouldn’t come in as an SBA with 2 YOE.
You would come in as an (Experienced Hire) BA unless you have 5+ YOE (unless your master’s is an MBA/JD/MD afaik).
If you’re trying to figure out the salary of someone in the situation you described that already works at McKinsey thats a different story
Senior analyst is expert track, ignore the comments above about BA and experienced hire. Senior analyst base can be anywhere from 100-140k probably in the lower end for new hires like yourself, even with experience because it’s a notch above standard experience. Your bonus will be about 30% of base. The base varies slightly depending on group you are in. The more client facing you are, the higher it will be
Source: I was an analyst out of college. Started at 87 base. Got promoted to senior analyst 2 year end cycles ago and now at 137k base
Depends on the region - in most offices in Europe and some in Latam you might be offered Junior Associate
