Hi Moms, any tips tricks to have 5 year old log on to Zoom classes at least somewhat independently? I am trying to setup daily reminders on her school iPad with the Zoom links to click on when it’s time for class but would appreciate more ideas (apps, techniques, etc.). Applied for a role I was finally excited about/actually wanted. Worked my ass off on the application, would’ve been a great fit based on the description. Then got a response about how the role has shifted. The new role sounds like a lateral move now, and a lower position, guess it’s back to the drawing board. Hard to stay motivated the more this happens.

Does it sometimes feel like you're the only person working in your team? I've come to realize with remote work that some of my coworkers are literally BSing on a daily basis to commit the minimal amount of time to work, and they are getting away with it! Why management hasn't cracked down on the BSers is baffling. I want to make more money as an engineer and I am pasionate about my job, so I put in a lot of work, but I'm carrying the weight and delivering 5x more than equally paid coworkers!
