Currently I'm in AEM content authoring having total experience around 8 years. Current CTC: 10 LPA. Current skills: SEO, content writing, content management, AEM, wordpress, HTML and CSS.

My interest attracts me towards Management and Leadership roles for future growth.

I would request everyone to please guide me or advise me - what job roles I should be looking at with higher salary growth as well.

Should I be happy with just receiving my 3rd promotion in less than 2.5 years to Senior Consultant? Company growing fast, tenured employees getting burnt out/leaving and room opened up to move up quickly. Change in leadership recently as well. Was offered 17.5% increase and this is my first job out of school. I don’t want to grow too fast, but this seems too good to be true…

I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)?
