I'm going to accept an offer that's 150k+🎉 I'm a single filer, no kids. I'll be able to max out: 401k, HSA, but from my understanding, I will not qualify to utilize IRA? Aside from building a 6-month emergency fund (HYSA), what are potential next investment vehicles? I do know I want to start purchasing real estate for cash flow. But what about mega-backdoor Roth IRA? I'll admit, I still need to read more on it.

Am I correct in my understanding that:

Over a certain income ($76k as of 2021), a single person CANNOT make tax-free contributions to a traditional IRA if you have a workplace retirement plan?

In my example, I have a work 401k, and my adjusted gross income is over (or just about hovering) at the 76k limit. This means I can't make pre-tax contributions to a traditional IRA, so I should just go for a Roth?

I just graduated and I have made it pass the third interview which was a two part working interview that I will receive compensation for. I have BS degree in healthcare professions and wanted to know if 40k is too low of salary to start off as a compliance officer for a pharmacy that provides discounted medications. Am I the only one whose time entries get worse the busier and more chaotic a specific case is? Like for example preparation for a dispositive hearing with a lot of factual and legal issues that’s treated like a fire drill.
