Hi Everyone, I am in the process of being interviewed at EY for senior staff accountant role at one of the assurance COE and on the other hand I have an offer for Senior Internal Auditor at a Public University. In terms of payscale I am not expecting a huge difference. Any suggestions on work culture in a small vs big team, growth potential, work life balance or any other deciding factor which can help me make a clear choice ?

My current CTC is 24 Lac but my Grade is I at BNY.
Got 0% hike as HR said that I joined BNY last year as I don't deserve.

Got an offer from TIAA at 32Lac.
Is it worth to join TIAA.
BnY has quality Work + they are very flexible for work rather than @TIAA which wants me to be in office for 3 days a week. TiAA is offering me associate. I am a higher level in BNY

I know this sounds weird, but I think my fiancé has my tech tapped… I journal and write short stories that I’ve used as an outlet for years. Way before I met him. Senior revving up to manager promo. Only nervous about one thing at the manager level which is having to answer pointed “Why??” questions from higher up clients on live calls.
