I was wondering, if this is the right choice of joining the Banking industry for this domain or should i look for another industry or company.

I was wondering if there are any future prospects after joining the Banking Industry etc.

I’m a 4th-year at a midsize firm doing mostly oil and gas work, but I’m looking to change practice areas so I can get away from a dying/morally problematic industry and move into EC/VC, Corporate, tech transactions, and/or privacy and cybersecurity (have CIPP/US & /E). I’m not having much luck with recruiters or applying directly to firms and companies, so I’m thinking of hiring a career coach to help me hone my applications, cover letters, etc. Any suggestions?

Have been working in b2b marketing, with role focused on content, field(events) and account based marketing. 4+ years of exp overall and 3 years in marketing. Academic credentials are good, top btech and b school. The catch is that I quit recently. Just couldn't stand it and was unable to manage time to look for jobs. Will i be able to get a job? I need some career advice. I finished my master's degree in international law (B.A.Sc international relations) but I am not sure where to go from here. I always wanted to join a big firm and I've applied to different vacancies in international firms/companies but got rejected from all of them.

Had a call with audit leaders last week and were told that they haven't finalized the office building and they will get possession of the new building in Pune only by Jan 2023.

Currently they just have the ITS with the seating capacity of 30 people.

Now for audit they want us to go to office 2 days every week. How are we supposed to do that when they don't even have an office? But they are still adamant to get us back to office location by June 1.

Today someone quit and just straight up walked out of the office. Like something you'd see in a movie. My jaw is still open. You ever seen this happen?
