I am in my final stages for a quality department lead at andersen corporation. This is a new position they created and no one has ever filled. Its been hard trying to find comparable positions to establish market value. Is there anyone on the inside that can help?

Can anyone advise on law enforcement career tracks for very experienced CPAs interested in (but not experienced in) forensic accounting? I am 36 and going to retire at 41 - I’m done being a manager/leader in my current tax consulting profession. If I had known about law enforcement careers in college I would have gone that route but by the time I discovered it later, I wasn’t willing to start over on salary. Now I can do that. I love solving data puzzles and want to spend more time doing that.
