I am recently trying to switch as a Pega BA with relevant work ex of 1.5+ years and overall 4 years(after completing MBA).

I hold Pega BA certification as well as Pega Decisioning Consultant certification. Presently I have salary of 15Lpa.

How much salary I should ask the HR..keeping in mind the approaching recession?

I work in commercial real estate retail leasing. Current employer just increased base to $100k with avg. 20-35% bonus/commissions combined. Received offer to exclusively work for a tenant and help them open new locations. $115k base 10% bonus & also stock options. Remote work, lots of driving, similar job title. Hi. I am desperate to change jobs. I have two offer in hands: Deloitte Hyderbad on a contract basis with 15% hike and KPMG Bangalore FTE with 25% hike. I like Deloitte as a brand better.
