I didn't received offer letter. Package discussion went well and HR said you will recieve offer letter but it's been more than 20 days still I didn't received offer letter. I've called him and he said most of the members didn't received offer letters since one month and he's telling if you get offer letter pls join meanwhile you can try other interviews too.
Can anyone suggest what should I do? Will I get offer letter or should I leave it?!

Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired. Recently I have completed probation in Accenture, and got offer from HCL, Is there any chance to revise the package? because I have completed only 6 months in Accenture, If I compare CTC of both there is huge difference it's round 10 lacs, HCL offering 60 per hike.

I was on bench in Accenture since 45 days so i started searching outside.

My inboard portal is showing wrong dob and phone number and i m recieving mails to complete the document process plus the hr is not responding to my mails or calls. Should I submit the documents or wait for them to respond??

Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them. I could easily sue them for harrasment but i didn't wanted to get involved in useless sh** and waste my time and energy .. BEWARE OF HCL
