I got selected for Associate Consultant role in Infosys. Done with HR discussion and confirmed my offer on July 12th, 2024. HR mentioned it will take 3 to 4 weeks to release the offer letter. But it's almost 45 days. Still they didn't released the offer. No response for follow back mail. Can anyone please let me know how long will it take?

I have had salary discussion with IBM on 9th Feb, awaiting offer letter. Erverytime I call HR, she says you'll get offer letter within 2 days. No luck yet. Does anyone have idea within how many days IBM releases offer letter.

During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? After being mugged and having my things (including my keys) stolen, I was locked out of my townhome after business hours on a weekend. I was told on the phone when dialing my complex’s after hours number (which is managed by a 3rd party company) that my complex’s policy would let me in for a cost of $100 (as it was after hours). After I was let in, property manager informed me the charge was $200. Is there anything I can do here? This is in Minnesota. Help appreciated!!

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?
