I got selected in H1B lottery through a consultancy. There are two options, I could get an offer from india before reaching US, or go to US under consultancy name and search jobs after reaching US. The former one seems to be very tough. Could you please let me know if there are any companies looking for people picked up in H1B lottery and can schedule an interview based on it from india itself? Going without a job offer is very risky

Hello there. I have been interviewing with Okta and got through all 5 rounds of interviews. They say they want to offer me the job but there is a global freeze for all marketing roles at the company. They want to offer me a contractor role instead. Does anyone here know if that is the case? I haven't heard anything as they seem be on wellness week. Thanks for any guidance :)

I would love to get into provider credentialing, but all employers I've looked at want at least 3 years of experience. So, I'm looking at Provider Network Coordinator roles, because I'm finding some of those roles don't need AS MUCH experience. I'm a RHIT, and have been working in healthcare for nearly 10 years.

Accenture has provided the letter, But in the letter the purpose Was written as “ for procuring Lawful Permanent Residency “…. Now I am not sure if I can use this letter as Employement verification letter

TCS giving USA onsite, ~80k USD ( H1B was expired, came back to India, still 3 years left, have approved H1B extension, not stamped yet) - CCTC - 9.25L
Infosys 24L (21-F,3-V)
JPMC - 28L Fixed.

Would it be possible to use my H1B in infosys/JPMC in future.? I don't have new H1B extension docs with me. Can H1B employer be changed in india ? Infosys JPMorgan Chase
