I have been trying really hard to find a job in the Caribbean at one of the larger chain resorts, like Riu, and find out some information from them-things like do they put up their employees in a room, considering they're positioned all over the world and one may need to move there quickly? So, basically, do they give certain employees free room and board? How do I find out exactly which resort would be right for me? Each time I explore online, I get taken in the wrong direction.

I am feeling some depression due to COVID and I want to move back to Misouri to be closer to my parents, but I'm worried about looking for jobs outside of the major tech cities and moving in general. Any advice?

I have asked for 60, but that’s out of their budget. I’m thinking of accepting the offer only if 55 is fixed without any variable. What do tou think guys? Is it worth a switch? I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.
