I have done with my HR round and salary negotiation on 1st week of Jan 2025 and been told I will receive an email however after multiple calls HR keep saying they will send confirmation email and offer letter post this. Does anyone going through this situation currently or advise.

How is Flipkart for Work life balance? I have ~5 years of exp and hold an offer of 32 + Stocks. Also the expectation is to know Java but during the interview process , there was no discussion of Java or any questions asked. I’ve recently started work at a very young tech startup. Coming from a big law background, this was a huge change of pace/environment. I’m having a lot of trouble getting used to how unstructured the startup is. It feels like hire ups give a set of instructions then talk as if they don’t remember, or then decided rules A, B, C and D applies without being clear this was the case.
