I have recently received an offer from Deloitte India and had a query regarding the employee health insurance benefits.

Could any current or former Deloitte India employees please help me with the following information?

• Who is the health insurance provider/insurance partner?
• Which TPA (Third-Party Administrator) handles the claims?

How does health insurance at MBB & T2 strategy consulting firms compare to Tricare Reserve Select for a family? I’m 99% getting out of the Reserve within the next year and, assuming things go well with recruiting, would switch to the firm insurance as my primary once I start. Just want to confirm that there’s no reason for me to stay

How is Geico Home owner insurance ? Already have car insurance from them.

My company uses ADP for retirement. It has a contribution allocation for just 401k and roth 401k. If I wanted to contribute to a traditional IRA does it need to be through ADP and if so how is that done?

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

Should I get an accountant/tax pro? I’m sick of paying for $200 for turbo tax and still having to do all the work. I’m Buying and selling (mostly just buying) equities through multiple brokerages, maxing 401k and accruing interest on multiple checking / savings accounts. Not rly any tax breaks. Would be willing to pay up to ~$400 for some convenience

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. I started interviewing early Oct with a company that reached out via recruiter. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. The recruiter said they'd be making an offer but it's now been three weeks. Anyone else had the process drag on like this? Meanwhile I'm taking other interviews and was offered a promotion at current company, but was very interested in this one. What would you do?

Who knew interviews are a whole different process on its own. Very exhausting, answering lots of questions and thinking. I’m completely done with 2022 interviews. These interviews are just mhmmmm.

Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.

Did i do the right thing?

I returned back from Germany this year and now my current fixed CTC in India is 25 LPA and my in hand salary after deduction was 1.4 LPM, I was not sure what to opt in the Tax regime and selected new tax regime. Can someone shed some light how can I increase my in hand salary and reduce the tax. Also can I change my tax regime while filing Tax returns?

Is it normal to have 60k deductions(Tax and PF) for 2 Lakh salary per month?
