Wanted to know is there a policy that 100% variable is paid irrespective to anything.
As this is what has been been told to me. How is the work pressure and on site opportunities?
I would be joinng the bangalore location.

Currently going through some negations on an internal role. I’m currently at 88k and they offered me 100k for a position that requires a lot more work.
